Negative: Those results are negative, indicating you are not infected with HSV1 or HSV2. However, up to 30% of people with HSV1 do not test positive, so you could still have it. However, although HSV1 can be sexually transmitted, the large maority of infections are oral and not acquired by sex, so it isn't generally considered an STD.
