Multiple: All those things are not likely related to a single cause. The neck cracking is likely Crepitance related to early arthritis in the facet joints, this is called cervical Spondylosis. It would not likely be related to the other issues you mentioned. You might consider a good medical checkup to discuss with your primary care doctor.
