L5-S1: Sound like you have a disc problem at L5-E1. Does the pain and tingling fit with a disc problem at L5-S1. You can google it and see. Not likely TBC. But you do live in an area where TBC is common. So ask your team as they know you and what is common to cause this is your part of the world.
