Successful colonoscopy 6 mo ago. 1.8 cm slip of l5-s1 pain below bellybutton but across entire lower abdomen constant sensation on tip of penis. why?

Not related: Not likely related. The lower abdomen is supplied by nerves that exit the spine well above the L5-S1 level, so it is unlikely that your abdominal complaints are directly related to your back. Might need to seek further work up.
