Had bump that looked like bowenoid papulosis, brown raised. what is difference between hpv wart and bp? was on tip of inner butt, not near anus.

Probably not HPV: If you're not a medical professional, you cannot rely on self-diagnosis of Bowenoid papulosis. Plenty of other skin lesions can be brown and raised. Genital wart also seems unlikely: a) the buttock is a possible but uncommon site; b) genital warts usually are multiple, not only a single lesion; c) new HPV infection causing GWs is uncommon over age 26. See a doctor, ideally a dermatologist.
