Probably NGU: Probably tests for gonorrhea and chlamydia, which are very reliable. That means you have nongonococcal urethritis (NGU). About a third of NGU is due to chlamydia, the rest to other (often unknown) causes. It's still an STD that needs treatment. So do your sex partners. Odor means nothing. Gonorrhea has no special odor. Maybe that was overgrowth of other bacteria under the foreskin. Good luck!
