Your description sounds like genital warts, almost always sexually acquired but there may be rare exceptions. However, it is impossible to be sure of the diagnosis based only on a written description. See a doctor, ideally a dermatologist. Good luck.

It could be non-venereal wart. It needes tobe examinedthen treated according to the findings. Dont 'look up' medical conditions as it can cause confusion, scare and misinformation. Pl see a Urologist
