Unrelated: All unrelated to each other. Lichen scleriosis has unknown cause, not related to HPV, which is the cause of vulvar intraepithelial neoplasia (VIN). Neither has anything to do with vaginal yeast infections. Most yeast is Candida albicans, but others like glabrata or dublinensis are not rare. Each of these has its own treatment. VIN3 is pre-cancer, by far the most important. Follow MD advice.
