Infection? Allergy?: At your age of 22, common causes of pain or burning int he urethra or with urination are yeast infections, herpes, and other STDs. Allergy or irritation from perfumes, feminine products, etc also are possible. Keep working with your doctor and make sure she knows your sexual history. Good luck!
