Have chronic constipation but wasn't so bad, then i started to have anal pain& stool leakage, constipation became severe and nothing is working at all?

GI: you must see a GI specialist for definitive diagnosis and you may require colonoscopy for a definitive diagnosis. I recommend only using an osmotic laxative like MiraLax powder, consuming 8-10 glasses of water or electrolyte fluids fresh fruits and vegetables.
