Anal pain,stool leakage after defecation&severe constipation.i tried everything to treat constipation(water and fibres)but nothing worked at all?

Impacted?: Check to see if you are impacted(inserting your finger you will feel a hard "brick" of stool). IF you are impacted use Fleets Oil Retention Enema to help break up the stool.
