Impacted?: Check to see if you are impacted(inserting your finger you will feel a hard "brick" of stool). IF you are impacted use Fleets Oil Retention Enema to help break up the stool. Follow with Fleets Laxative Enema. Go to MY checklist "Treating Constipation" .
