Get Urine Culture: How many of these UTI's were confirmed by a urine culture? This is the only way to prove that your symptoms are a true infection and identify the cause of the infection. This will then make sure you get the right antibiotic for treatment. It is highly unlikely this is linked to a tubal procedure, but we still must find the true cause. If all 3 UTI's were culture proven, see a urologist for eval.
