I am experiencing pain in my left testicle occasionally but it is always sore and tender to touch, what are the symptoms for testicular cancer?

See your doctor: Testicular tumor is painless growth initially , rapidly spreads to abdominal nodes , some thing with pain usually inflammatory nature due to infections etc , but must see your physician, early testicular tumors are curable.
