I want to end this! am i hiv negative? fda approved pcr rna (-) at 4 month, fda combo ab/ag (-) at 1,3,4,5,6 month. can i resume my monogamy sex life?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: The test results you provided are virtually diagnostic of being HIV free. For the sake of complete assurance you may wish to repeat the HIV nucleic acid test. For good health - Have a diet rich in fresh vegetables, fruits, whole grains, low fat milk and milk products, nuts, beans, legumes, lentils and small amounts of lean meats. Avoid saturated fats. Exercise at least 150 minutes/week and increase the intensity of exercise gradually. Do not use tobacco, alcohol, weed or street drugs in any form. Practice safe sex.
