Can being sick a week before ct cause mildly enlarged spleen? 13cm

Sick how?: While there are some illnesses that cause symptoms acutely and that can simultaneously enlarge your spleen, it's not a universal fact that illness makes the spleen grow bigger. Depends what you were sick with, and if that illness caused the spleen to grow bigger.
