Splenomegaly: Splenomegaly can be from many causes, including infections and liver disease, but also leukemia and lymphoma and other cancers. You should communicate with the physician who ordered your imaging. Your lab tests need to be correlated with your physical exam and medical history and review of systems to construct a differential diagnosis and determine what is going on. Good luck.
