Need irrigation: Semen is acidic in nature and needs to be treated as a chemical burn. Make sure the eyes are flushed aggressively and seek medical attention to ensure the pH of the tear film goes back to baseline. After this many eye specialists will recommend a course of antibiotic drops. consider also being checked for STI since this is a mode of transmission
