Sexual dysfunction: loss of desire and libido is a common side effect of most antidepressants especially SSRIs. you may discuss these findings with your psychiatrist and may require dosage change. Also take this medication in the morning so that affect on nighttime activity is decreased. I hope that helps

Antidepressant s/e?: If you're sure decreased libido began when you started a new antidepressant, discuss with prescribing doctor to consider lower dose or another med less likely to have this side effect. Libido should return to normal if med dose is lowered or stopped. Keep communication open with your significant other. I hope this helps.
