In : In reviewing both medications, did not see them listed as having drug drug interactions. But be aware, lortab can cause drowsiness which in turn may make someone much less sharp in their decsion making.

Powerful Rx -Vyvanse: Benefits of medications should always be weighed against the risks. For the medication Vyvanse - which is an amphetamine - real risks exist including effects on the brain & heart. Irritability, heart attacks & strokes are possible side-effects. Lortab is a narcotic, hydrocodone, plus a tylenol (acetaminophen) base. That can cause sedation and cloud judgement. Overdose can be extremely dangerous. Check with MD
