Have U been checked?: For STD ( sexually transmitted diseases). These can also bee a source of pain during or after urination. Pain in the penis is usually an infection, but an infection should normally hurt more often then rarely. A CT scan could show more detail of urinary system anatomy but is considerably more expensive.
