My doc recently tested me for stds and everything came back negative. but now since using the tool to swab my private area, i now feel discomfort and slight stinging around my urethra. what is the cause for that? and would triple antibiotic ointment help?

Relax: Mild irritation after urethral swab. Throw away the triple antibiotic because it is useless and causes allergic reactions. Vaseline will be soothing. Why were you tested for STD? Any symptoms? How long after exposure? Which tests were done? Any consideration of herpes?
