No: If the switch was made with no missed days/doses in between, then there should be no period of increased fertility after the switch. With a switch from triphasic to monophasic (Tri-Sprintec to Sprintec), no matter what phase you make the switch in your progestin dose is either not changing or going up a bit, and the estrogen dose doesn't change at all. This should not cause/permit ovulation.
