No set of rules...: First, wait until being comfortable in moving & running around. How long? There would be no set answer because post-traumatic tissue healing and resolution chiefly depends on the magnitude of injury & hematoma inside scrotum. For individual situation, ask the doctor who can directly see and palpate the scrotal hematoma for better personal decision and advice.
