Ive had a weird growth on my left testicle thats been there and not changed for a few years now, its not a lump, it feels like a small part of my testicle has split off but is still kind of hanging on?
I found a small, firm lump around the upper/central part of my right testicle, Its only painful when I apply pressure. No noticeable symptoms from what I can tell. Not sure if its a cyst or something else. Any idea what it is? Should I be worried?
