So i have a lump slightly over my left testicle. i isn't that big, and is most noticable when i'm standing up. i doesn't hurt anything. and when i touch it, it feels like a bag of strings, is it dangerous?

The "bag of strings": comment suggests what you are feeling, I believe. The epididymis is a coiled tube at the back of the testicle that stores and carries sperm. Depending on location and position, it can be felt. It can become infected, including by sexually transmitted infections, when it is then swollen and tender. From your description, I believe you are feeling a normal structure. Stay well:)
