No: Ehlers-Danlos isn't the explanation. With mouth ulcers, I'd be very concerned about possible lupus, granulocytopenia, Behcet's, acute HIV, others. Bloody stool is serious and you're going to need to get this investigated seriously and quickly. Get with a competent, aggressive physician-diagnostician.
