MAYBE: To get HIV, you need close contact with someone with the disease, and some access to their body fluids. It is more likely to pass in any activity where friction/minor trauma is involved. Certainly if the contact source has HPV warts, s/he may have another STD.Skin tags occur in the absence of a STD and have no relevance to this discussion.
