Not long at all but: ...the damage that Gonorrhea can cause reproductive tract could linger...indefinitely. Some doctors advise a repeat test (test of cure) about 3 weeks after treatment to be sure it's cleared. Infection doesn't make you immune to repeat infection, so be extra careful protecting yourself against re-infection. Condoms, partner testing and "monogamy "are your best defenses. Wishing u well!
