Should be OK: Gonorrhea bacteria in SE Asia, including Thailand, often are resistant to both ciprofloxacin and doxycycline, so no surprise they didn't work. Cefixime and azithromycin should be OK, but the best option would have been a shot of ceftriaxone 250 mg instead of cefixime. You should be retested in 2-3 weeks to be sure it's gone; if not, see an STD expert and discuss ceftriaxone. Good luck.
