Doesn't matter much: It makes no difference in curing your gonorrhea, but taking the drugs together might cause stomach upset. OK to take together; or take the cefixime, wait an hour or two, then the azithromycin. You may still get some abdominal cramps or nausea from the azithromycin, but it's usually brief and not severe.
