Speak with provider: You should speak with the provider who prescribed these meds for you. Not uncommon to have diarrhea with this combination and dose of medication. See if another route of administration or another abx might be used.

No retreatment: The diarrhea was caused primarily by the azithromycin. Whatever the cause, this does not reduce absorption of the drugs or their effectiveness. There is no need for retreatment.
