I've known i have herpes for about 4 months now. i don't have any exterior outbreak now. can herpes cause urgency, frequency, burning with urination?

Usually not: If there are active herpes lesions around the urethra (where urine comes out) then that might cause urinary urgency. But that's unusual. Herpes lesions in the vagina will sting if urine passes over them, but they will also hurt when wiping, etc. A more likely explanation of these symptoms is a bacterial bladder infection.
