Re-exam, more tests?: What kind of "inflammation test"? Even so, colored vaginal discharge (yellow, green, etc) usually means inflammation or infection. Are you at risk for STD, e.g. new or risky partner? Examined professionally or some sort of self testing? Accuracy of gonorrhea/chlamydia test is questionable after only 1 day. Herpes test done? Re-check w/ your doctor, or maybe get second opinion e.g. an STD expert.

Genital herpes symptoms can first start with vaginal discharge and painful urination, before blisters or sores appear.

Need a wet prep: see a physician and see if they can do a urine culture and a wet prep. This could be trich or BV, which are best seen under the microscopy and trich burns severely and is often yellow green.

The immune system clears almost all chlamydial infections, usually within a year. Persistent chlamydia for more than 4 years has never been found.
