Herpes? Other STD?: Any abnormal vaginal discharge requires medical evaluation. These symptoms are most consistent with genital herpes or a yeast infection. See a doctor ASAP. The diagnosis of herpes is most accurate and treatment most effective the sooner you are seen. You also need to be checked for other STDs, especially gonorrhea, chlamydia, and syphilis. Good luck!
