A spermatocele: A spermatocele is cystic accumulation of sperm that arises from the head of the epididymis.It can clearly be palpated as separate from the testicle, and would not be hard and firm like a testicular cancer. The location and recent decrease in size confirm its benign nature.Usually asymptomatic and usually no treatment needed unless very large.Does not affect fertility. http://bit.ly/1hKZ4wy
