Unlikely: It is unlikely that your pimples on your penis were herpes if they weren't painful. To know for sure you should have herpes antibody testing or, better yet,have herpes cultures done if they recur. The antibodies will only tell you if you have had the herpes virus but not where the infection is. Hope this helps.
