Genital herpes: If "few" means more than one lesion; they started as blister like, now turning more like pimples; then becoming scabs -- then almost certainly it's herpes. It is crucial to have lab diagnosis to confirm, in particular to learn whether caused by HSV1 or HSV2, which makes big differences in treatment, possibility of future recurrent outbreaks, and transmission risk for partners.
