Most likely not: Herpes usually is a bunch of blisters. very painful. this could be a hair bump. but to make accurate dx it needs to be looked at by a doctor

Cherry angioma: Probably not herpes. Lack of important detail makes precise answer impossible. See Dr for confirmation. Ascorbic acid, biotin, and acai are all useless scams, a waste of money. Those who sell these to gullible people are con men cheating you out of your money.
