Does a URINALYSIS, AUTO, W/O SCOPE test for STDs? I went to a Urologist for possible epididymitis after on Doxy. Doc said it tested normal

Hi doc,frequent urination but no pain during urination,bladder discomfort when bladder feels full. Dull ache comes and goes in lower abdomen. Urinalysis,urine culture,blood work,ct scan pelvic/kidney, std panel all negative. What could it be? Thanks?
