Narcotic therapy.: You would have to have lower nerve root issues to explain that. Problems at that level would not causes ed. If you are on narcotic therapy, including tramadol, your testosterone levels would be seriously lowered. Most docs do not explain this to patients.

ED after traction : It would be very rare but possible. It would be more likely that a preexisting nerve or nerve root problem was uncovered. See your spine doctor for a follow up asap. You may require additional testing.

See a surgeon: Would see a surgeon rather urgently. A disc pressing on the nerves can cause the erectile dysfunction too.
