R/O FOLLICULITIS : Your symptoms sound like folliculitis=inflammation of the hair follicle. You need to be examined and course of therapy decided. You may need topical and or oral Antibiotics. If symptoms persist or worsen a Cyst/abscess can develop requiring surgical intervention. Seek prompt evaluation.

See ans: Shavibg the gdids can cause irritation to the skin and possibly ingrown hairs. You skin in this area is very tender and must be treated gently. Try electric razor see if you feel better. For the irritation put I. Done antibiotic ointment and let the area heal
