Explanation : It could be few different reason for fresh blood after bowl movement. Possible anal fissure that requires rich cream few times a day for few days. Or hemorrhoid, that need doctor evaluation and special suppositories for treatment. These are more often reasons. Please, go to a doctor to be examined.
