Good morning i have had a slight amount of blood on toilet paper after passing a bowl movement and then the water in the bowl is slightly red. no pain or discomfort when visiting the bathroom. started two days ago.

Explanation : It could be few different reason for fresh blood after bowl movement. Possible anal fissure that requires rich cream few times a day for few days. Or hemorrhoid, that need doctor evaluation and special suppositories for treatment. These are more often reasons. Please, go to a doctor to be examined.
