Smelly poop: in and of itself, unusual poop door is not a concern. What is her anatomy? When was her diagnosis? What surgeries has she had? Any significant bowel rejections? Is she growing and developing normally? Any associated food allergies? I would Followup with her Pediatrician or the surgeons who know her case. Hope this helps!

Have to be concerned: Yes, you expect foul smelling stool , some times constipation followed by massive stool . Make sure to go for regular scheduled follow up with pediatrician and pediatric surgeon , discuss her status If ganglionic segment is long will develop ' mega colon ' due to backing of stool and inability to evacuate the stool Will need corrective procedure ( surgery ).Good Luck
