Missed a pill on the first saturday of my new pack. i usually take my pills at 9pm but i took it at 9am on sunday morning am i ok?

Probably: if you are taking a combined estrogen/progesterone pill, and took all of the first 7 pills on time, the you will likely be ok. Unless you miss 3 pills of combined pills you shouldn't need back up contraception or Plan B. If you are taking the "mini" pill (progesterone only pill, micronor) then you will need a backup method of contraception for this cycle (condoms) with 1 missed dose to be safe.
