I should have started a new pack of birth control pills on friday, but i missed the first pill so i started on saturday. i took one pill on sunday and two pills on monday (today). do i need to take plan b as i had intercourse yesterday?

You are probably still protected but the only real disadvantage to taking Plan B is that it may cause nausea and trigger irregular bleeding this cycle. Regardless, short of avoiding sexual contact there is no 100% effective birth control method.
