I had a single lump in the area above my penis (not on the shaft) it finally came to a head. doesnt seem to have anything other than a little blood coming from it. my skin is prone to hair bumps but i havent shaved the area in months. thought?

Without being able to see it, it is difficult to diagnose what could be the problem here. These are the kind of things that need to be seen in person, usually by a dermatologist or your primary care doctor. Good luck.

Could be a hair follicle infection. Do not touch/squeeze, use local heat and OTC antibiotic ointment. If not better in a few days pl see you MD
