Not pregnant: It never hurts to try a pregnancy test but highly unlikely for you to be pregnant. Having been on birth control had thinned your uterine lining, which makes the initial bleed light, and that's okay. The clot is not uncommon. Just watch your bleeding and if much worse then see a doctor.
