Herpes?: Most likely this is nothing serious or important, perhaps a superficial bacterial infection. However, with the apparent lymph node inflammation, it also sounds compatible with a herpes infection, i.e. equivalent to a cold sore but involving the nose. Best to see a doctor. Do it ASAP; the sooner the better for easier diagnosis and prompt treatment.

Could be infection: Is this scab tender to touch or is it painless? Most likely it is a small boil(infection of hair follicle) in which case it will be tender to touch. Infections can also cause enlargment of neck nodes which may be tender. If it is infection, it will settle down in one week. if it gets worse or does not start getting better soon, you should get a medical check next week. Antibiotics may be necessary

See a doctor: Infections in this area can be quite severe with a chance to get substantially worse because of their location and proximity to other vital structures (eye, brain, sinuses, and so on). You should be seen and may need therapy with antibiotics if your doctor feels this is appropriate.
