?yeast: Under the breasts and in and around the groin are common areas for yeast infections to occur, but not the neck. Neck discoloration can be caused by cosmetics,jewelry or perfumes. I would try applying a cortisone cream to neck, and an antiyeast cream to the other regions. See a dermatologist if symptoms persist.
