Easy.: Can take a sewing thread, tie a loose knot in it and loop it over the skin tag at the base. Tie the knot tight and cut the string. Repeat for each of them. They will fall off in a few days without pain or bleeding. You might want to have the lesions on your face frozen or removed by your doc.

Just cut them off: It is easily done in the office, even with topical anesthetic.
