is there a safe way to remove skin tags? they're around my armpits, under eyes, neck and breast and it's annoying! how do i get rid of them?

Easy.: Can take a sewing thread, tie a loose knot in it and loop it over the skin tag at the base. Tie the knot tight and cut the string. Repeat for each of them. They will fall off in a few days without pain or bleeding. You might want to have the lesions on your face frozen or removed by your doc.
